- Able to swim the length of the pool unassisted
- Able to accept instruction

- Legal strokes in free & back
- Knowledge of breast & fly
- Able to complete 2 lengths of the pool without stopping
- Able to do a start and turn in each stroke
- Able to streamline & circle swim

- Able to understand the pace clock and how to read it
- Arrive on time to all practices

IM’s on 3:00 and average 2:50 or better
