   AGGIE SWIM CLUB

Why should the Aggie Swim Club be your choice?  Here are our reasons, success stories and accomplishments.

1) We have been an experienced and registered year round USA swimming team since 1986.

2) The AGS currently has over 275 members from Bryan, College Station, Brenham, Huntsville, Navasota and surrounding areas.

3) We train at 4 convenient locations: Huntsville Aquatic Center, TAMU Rec Center, College Station Middle School and the Bryan Aquatic Center and practices are at convenient times at each location.
(Note: Bryan Aquatic swimmers move to the TAMU Rec Center during winter months and bad weather).

4) We offer 6 levels of progression to fit the needs of developing athletes:
Novice, Age Group Development, Junior Age Group, Age Group, Junior and Senior.

5) We have 12 USA registered coaches including Steve Bultman, the Ags Club Director,  TAMU Head Women's Coach and 1988 and 2008 Olympic coach.  All coaches attend stroke clinics on an annual basis to renew and update their coaching abilities.

6) We offer motivational awards programs for all swimmers, including Ladder of Success awards, Personal Best Time awards, Goal Time Achievement awards, among others.

7) We hold free Team Intrasquad meets as introductions to competition every month at the College Station Middle School or TAMU Rec Center utilizing the scoreboard, electronic timing system and lots of awards.

8) We have spring and summer awards banquets and several team functions to build friendship and provide a fun and friendly atmosphere and build team unity.

9) We provide free stroke clinics twice a year for all swimmers, both featuring Steve Bultman.

10) We have coaches who work with local summer league programs in our community each year.

11) We work closely with the coaches of both the Bryan and College Station High School teams.  The College Station HS coach has been an Ags club coach for over 10 years and the Bryan HS coach has worked with the club for the last year.
