USA SWIMMING
One of the most
important benefits you receive as a registered member of USA Swimming is
additional liability insurance.
What Is Covered:
General Liability Insurance-
Provides coverage for
claims alleging
bodily
injury and
property damage occurring during an “Insured Activity.”
THIS COVERAGE IS EXCESS TO ANY OTHER LIABILITY INSURANCE THAT MAY BE
AVAILABLE TO ANY INSURED.
"Bodily
Injury
means bodily injury,
sickness, or disease sustained by any person
which occurs during the policy period, including death at any time resulting
therefrom."
“Property
Damage
means physical injury to
tangible property not owned by the
insured including all resulting loss of use of that property.”
Excess Accident
Medical/Dental Coverage
is provided for all USA
Swimming members
for
insured activities including travel to and from practice, meets, etc., if at
the direction of the club coach or member of the club’s Board of Directors.
Additionally, once you are a
registered member of USA Swimming, you will receive a monthly subscription to
SPLASH Magazine.
Other Benefits:
